Florida walls are different
Many Pinellas homes have exterior walls of concrete block, and plenty of interior walls are block too. A drywall anchor in block will fail. We drill block with a hammer drill and use sleeve or wedge anchors rated for the weight of your TV and mount.
Condos often add rules about drilling into shared or structural walls. We work within your association's rules and can mount on a non-structural wall or use a TV stand mount when drilling is not allowed.

Common questions
Can you hide the wires inside the wall?
Usually, on a wood-stud drywall wall with no fire block in the way. On concrete block we use a slim paintable raceway instead, since running cable inside block is not practical.
Do I need to buy the mount?
No. Use your own or we can bring a quality mount sized for your TV. We will tell you before the visit which one fits.
Can you mount above a fireplace?
Yes, with a mount rated for the location and a check for heat. We will talk through viewing height first, since above-fireplace TVs often sit too high.
